With service technicians located throughout Indiana and Michigan, we are able to respond to service calls in a timely manner. We strive to make resolving your issue a hassle-free process.
Although our primary goal is to keep you up and running, repairing your device may not be the most efficient solution. Our team of experts will dig into the data to determine whether it’s more cost effective for you to repair or replace your device. We do so by evaluating the:
- Age of the equipment
- Availability of parts
- Overall cost of repair
- Lifespan of the device
In most cases, we’re able to fix the device but in others, we determine that new equipment is the better option for you long term. Either way, our team is available for questions and support along the way.
By The Numbers
Our team resolved 10,405 requests for service in 2019. With approximately 260 working days, that’s 40 a day! We resolved nearly 80% of those calls on the first visit. Unfortunately, we can’t always resolve the issue on the first call, typically due to the need to order a part for the repair.
To ensure a fast turnaround, once your request is in the system a technician will contact you within 2 hours to gather more information about your issue. From time to time the technician can resolve the issue over the phone. If not, we guarantee an average response time for down machines of 0-4 hours from the time the problem is reported.
Equipment that isn’t working is stressful enough as it is, so we want to make requesting service as simple as possible. For that reason, we offer multiple methods for requesting service.

We set our service technicians up for success with resources that enable them to service your equipment properly. Our technicians are supplied company vehicles stocked with thousands of dollars of parts, tools, and technology needed to successfully do their job.
In 2019, our team completed over 1,200 hours of training. Extensive training has prepared our technicians to repair the many potential device errors they encounter. In fact, each of our technicians is 98% trained on Lanier equipment service, compared to the country’s average of 48%.
